So lets talk pre-workouts, I'm a big fan of working out in the morning. It really makes the rest of your day so much better! First thing get plenty of water. Second thing is an hour before get plenty of protein and glycemic carbs. This has always worked great for my workouts! Oh and coffee too!!!
Ok so I love HIT training, for those of you that aren't familiar with that, it is high intensity training. During my workouts I always drink BCAA's they have a good amount of caffeine, and they help with muscle growth and recovery, and replenish your electrolytes!
So your payoff with combining the pre-workout, and your workout, and good eating habits is life changing!! I have been working out religiously for years and the combo of these 3 things have changed my life! Feel free to ask me any questions!!
