RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are able to return items within 21 days from purchase for store credit.
To make a return, please email customerservice@email@example.com with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return. You will then be emailed a return slip along with shipping label if you are in the United States. International orders must pay for their return shipping. Returns must be received within 21 days of the package delivery date.
Once the package has been received, you will be notified by email at the email listed on your account when order was placed. The change credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit will be available in your account.
Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied for a return. Wild at Heart Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
